Responsibilities
Initially, I was responsible for the implementation of a new authorization management system. Later, due to internal reorganizations, I was mostly removed from this project and assigned to smaller projects, daily BAU tasks, and incident management.
I started my tasks using the Waterfall methodology, but the introduction of Agile methodology is currently ongoing.
My organizational tasks include mapping business requirements into specifications for developers (external suppliers), daily coordination, and clarification of requirements. Testing and proper documentation of incoming developments are managed in the JIRA system, using Confluence, Bitbucket, and Nexus repositories.
